Whether you’re at your desk or on your mat, each 10-minute guided meditation will recharge your mind and body through the power of breath. Through body awareness and relaxing visualization techniques, you’ll enter a deeper state of consciousness and invite fresh, healing energy into the body. This practice is perfect for those who struggle with sleep, anxiety, and restlessness, or those who need a moment to relax and reset.

Power up your practice with Yoga Plyo Boost. This fun series will give you the cardio workout you’re craving by blending the benefits of yoga with explosive plyometric exercise. Each of the five full-body classes focuses on a key component of yoga: balance, hip mobility, endurance, flexibility, and strength.
